What I need to do....

I turn 27 in a little more than 4 months…I have decided to get my butt back into gear. I have started running again…have a little program and everything. I am going to watch the way I eat better, but also am not going to deprive myself…hell if I want ice cream I am going to eat it!


So the plan is to run 3 days a week, run stairs 2 days a week, and lift weights M-W-F. I am sharing this all with you because I want to be able to stay on track and be held accountable. Sunday was my last day drinking soda…I don’t want to drink any till 2011, I think this will help a lot. I am also going to try to drink less beer, more vodka/soda, or not drink at all. I live in Colorado home of beer, home of brewery’s…so it’s hard but this is something else I need to do.


I have had countless health issues the last few years and I feel like caring more about my health and feeling good about being me is very important. So this is what I am going to do, get off my ever growing butt and get back into shape. I am going to do this…get back in shape, give up bad things, and be happy in my own body …hopefully with NO health issues…

I have three doctors appointments this month…pray for me.

  1. Good for you! The older we get, the more I think we need to pay attention to what our bodies are trying to tell us. I am proud of you! I've been trying to do the same soda thing! I really like vitamin waters as a substitute or treat! Maybe you can try this out if you don't already.
