Big thanks to My Morning Jacket for deciding to come to Red Rocks in August. They are pretty much the epitome of what indie music is.
I understand that not everyone loves my music, not everyone loves true indie, not everyone loves rock, not everyone loves State Radio...but MMJ is pretty damn amazing if you ask me.
Plus sometimes the lead singer ( who is wearing a vampire cape in the performance above) wears a stuffed parrot on his shoulder...that alone makes me like them.
That stuffed parrot part has me sold. haha :)
